Can someone hack your computer or steal your identity just from openning an email?

I received an email from someone claiming to need me to send them my bank account info. Of course I did not sent them my info but I want to know can something happen simply from me openning the email without clicking on any of the links. I read the first few lines and then deleted it?

How do i delete a old and hacked myspace?

My myspace got hacked over 3 years ago,
The hacker changed my password && email.
I just ignored it and made another one,
Now it is coming back to haunt me!!!
How can i get rid of it? (at least take my pictures and about me off?)
or is there someone willing to do it for me?

Is my runescape account going to be hacked?

I got this pure given to me a couple months ago by a complete stranger. It has 63 range,60 magic, and 43 combat. It seems fishy to me that someone would just give me an acc. He could be planning to take it back if I ever get it good. I have recovery questions and have changed the password. Should I go ahead and work on the account? He could sabotage my acc just by getting def and it would be a complete waste of time.

What kind of knowledge and tools are needed to be a pro hacker? iphone?

I read this article where a 17 yr old kid successfully hacked into and iphone and managed to trade the hacked phone to a security company for a nissan 350Z and a job offer. What kind of tools/ programs would someone like him be using? What kind of computer language does one use to create hacking programs? Also how does one go about designing hacks for computer games?
