Is it bad to only take in less than 1000 calories per day?

I am on the Alli diet and usin meal replacement Syntha-6. I have used to Alli diet before and lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks so I am tryin it again. But instead of eatin regular foods I am usin meal replacement. And I will be runnin in the morn and at night total about 4 miles…..

    yes it is bad. if you lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, you lot a lot of muscle, the body physically cannot burn more then 3 lbs of fat a week. Lift weights (to boost metabolism), run, eat healthy.

The reason for this is metabolic, and to ensure the smooth functioning of your internal organs, including your brain, which by itself uses hundreds of calories a day.

    it is terrible, your body burns off 2500 calories a day by itself, on top of it your doing extreme exercise, keep it up and your body will go into starvation mode and will feast off your muscle, not the answer,
    running is a good way to lose weight but eat a balanced diet, it is bad to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks

    heck no, do what you want and eat what you don’t want. you’ll get to your goal if you stick your mind to it. you are beautiful just the way you are!
